I used CourseFlow heavily during the revision of the Quebec CEGEP Science program. The platform made it possible to quickly and easily move courses around to visually identify different grid permutations, but then also to immediately see the breakdown and mapping of hours, competencies, and outcomes. The result was that we spent our time discussing viable options, rather than trying to identify them. It was the perfect tool for the task, it saved us a great deal of time, and was ultimately instrumental in us selecting program grids that we are really pleased with.

I used CourseFlow prior to the pandemic to create a brand-new complimentary course. The objective of the course was to introduce students to the realities of consumer electronics today, and how NOT environmentally friendly the world of electronics currently is.
New to course development, I had a good idea what I wanted the students to learn, but didn't really know how to succeed in those lessons. Using CourseFlow, and with good guidance from my pedagogical counsellors, I focused on the assessment methods/goals BEFORE working on the course content. This approach went against every instinct I had, but it worked out brilliantly, and wouldn't have been as good, if I didn't have the CourseFlow tool tracking everything for me.
By the end, the course was well thought out and had a great 'flow', which the students were able to see and appreciate. It worked so well for developing a single course, the department is now using CourseFlow to develop the newly revised program. I'm looking forward to seeing the results.

Je connais Courseflow depuis quelques mois maintenant et je suis tout simplement impressionné par le potentiel incroyable de ce logiciel de scénarisation pédagogique. En tant qu'enseignant, j'ai toujours cherché des moyens innovants de pérenniser et de bonifier mes plans de cours et mes leçons, et Courseflow semble la plateforme idéale pour y arriver.
L'interface conviviale et intuitive permet de créer des scénarios pédagogiques dynamiques sans aucune difficulté. Il est possible de modifier ou d'intégrer facilement des contenus en y associant chaque objectif de formation. En offrant la possibilité de travailler les formations en mode macro (programmes) et en mode micro (leçons), il permet autant aux conseillers pédagogiques d'actualiser les programmes d'étude, qu'aux enseignants de définir leur plan de cours.
Ce qui me séduit particulièrement, c'est la flexibilité du logiciel. Il offre la liberté de personnaliser les cours tout en respectant les compétences ciblées par le programme et en tenant compte des besoins spécifiques des étudiants. De plus, les outils de collaboration facilitent le travail d'équipe entre enseignants, ouvrant ainsi de nouvelles perspectives pour le partage de ressources et la cocréation de cours passionnants.
